How Kerry SEO handles website and consultation information
Kerry SEO uses limited website analytics and an external Calendly booking page. This notice explains the services involved and how to contact the person responsible for the information.
Controller and contact
Pierce O'Neill, trading as Kerry SEO, is responsible for the information described here. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
Consultation information
Calendly requests your name, email address, business name and a short description of the Google Business Profile issue. A phone number and public Google Business Profile or Maps URL are optional. The information is used to arrange, confirm and deliver the consultation and to handle cancellation or rescheduling.
Do not submit passwords, verification codes, payment details, customer information, health information or other confidential or sensitive data in the booking questions.
Services involved
Calendly schedules the appointment, Google Calendar creates the calendar invitation, Zoom supplies the video meeting, Hostinger hosts the website and delivers messages for the Kerry SEO mailbox, and Cloudflare provides DNS, security, caching and website analytics.

Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits, page views and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors and does not track individuals across websites. It does not provide Kerry SEO with custom conversion events or URL query-string reporting.
No advertising pixels, behavioural advertising tools or Google Analytics tags are active on this site.
Hosting and technical records
Hostinger WordPress hosting and Cloudflare process ordinary connection, security and administration data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request metadata. Technical records, backups and provider-held copies follow the relevant provider settings and retention rules.
Messages and retention
The Calendly workflow sends an immediate calendar invitation. No 24-hour or 1-hour automated reminder is promised. Unsuccessful enquiries and consultation records are intended to be kept for no longer than 12 months unless an active client relationship, legal obligation or dispute requires a different period. Provider-held copies may follow the provider’s applicable retention rules.
International processing
Some service providers operate internationally. Their privacy notices and data-processing terms describe their processing locations and transfer safeguards.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact above. You may also raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
